Terms of Service

The service
Syncs (saplingsync.com) briefs managers before their 1:1s using the calendars, messages, and meeting transcripts they choose to connect. By creating an account or using Syncs you agree to these terms. If you use Syncs on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
Your account and your data
You are responsible for your account and for having the right to connect the data sources you connect — including that recording and sharing meeting content complies with your organization's policies and applicable law. Your content remains yours; you grant Syncs only the license needed to operate the service (store, process, and display your content to you). How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unauthorized access, no interfering with its operation, no using it to violate others' rights or the law, and no reselling it without permission.
AI-generated content
Briefings and extracted items are generated by AI from your connected content. They can be wrong or incomplete. Syncs links each line to its source so you can check; use your own judgment before acting on a briefing, especially for personnel decisions.
Disclaimers and liability
Syncs is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sapling is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Syncs in the twelve months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).
Termination and changes
You can stop using Syncs and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and may update these terms — material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Questions: dilan@saplingsync.com.
